conversion from phpbb in yabb2.1

There are no actions to perform.
I've recently converted my phpbb forum (2.0.19) in yabb2.1 with the converter. The problem is that the messages are a little bit in wrong order. There is an message editor program other than notepad (in wich the files are very hard to adjust)....i mean something special made for this?

Sorry 4 the delay! i've been away 4 some time. I mean that the messages are displayed in wrong order according to their date of posting (ie a message posted on 10 jan is posted after a message posted on 15 feb)... but this is aleatory. I want to edit the message file concerning that topics but is quite hard with notepad, so i need some software more approipriate.

Then there's likely a bug in the converter. I'll try to figure it out. Can I see a link to your phpBB forum and your YaBB forum, if possible?

Here you can figure out what i am speaking about. Look at the messages date and at the posts order.
There are messages from 2005 posted after messages from 2006... same with some messages from different months.

In your PHPBB board did you have it to show the newest post at the top of the thread? I believe that as a defualt can screw the converter up as most other converters always mess this up like SMF.

It depends on how they are scrambled. If the date format is intact, I'll write a script to fix this for you. Otherwise, well, this is why it's still in beta.
