Hi Avery,

Yup it would need to be to phpBB2, that would be the most common point of conversion.  Then from there out to whatever you need.

I think the only way you could do it is convert one of them to the other and hope the data will merge, and even that's a hopeful.

I doubt you could "merge" the two codes, that is, to get some or all features of both programs.  The two forums codes are different.  It would be like mating a fish with a car.

hey, i was wondering if it would be possible to merge a YaBB 2.1 forum with a VBulletin forum, and what some of the choices would be for the platform of the new forum.

would it make most sense to convert both forums to phpbb, and then somehow merge the 2 forums?
