if no select membergroup, guest can see boards. why need add new option?  Wink

I want board so only Guest can see and members can not.

why? What if member log out and read?  Grin

It so the board looks clean as members would not want to see registration, forum rules board etc which is just information for guest before they register.

For what do we have "Help -> Getting started"  ???  Your guests and members can look there or not, as they want ... Why do you write it twice? Everything for Guest you can write in the Help files ...

It also has the forum rules in the same board

Plus it would be easier if users of the software can just select in one place if guest can view certain boards etc.

My thoughts on this are instead of having a selection in admin so you select members to view you do it in categories and boards only.

Possible big re-write of script possibly too much work, what about YaBB3 ??

Could it be possible to have in the list of Allowed to view topics: "guests" when viewing or adding a board

The same in categories

I have some boards like how to register which I would only like guests to see so members don't have to see them.
