Yeah, I try install new instalation of YaBB but I have 403 error

Setup.pl - OK,
Setup.pl?action=adminlogin2 - OK
Setup.pl?action=setup1 - OK
Setup.pl?action=setup2 - Forbidden (403) 

I check chmod in all folders and files. I try also alternative settings for setting file permissions...

Cpanel install is essential, the two versions are virtually impossible for simple minded people such as myself to resolve.

Yes. All new folder has 755.
I delete all files and reupload it, Set CHMOD as in Quick-Guide, step 3 and result is this same.

I just have to say, I had some issues with the last new version I installed, but this one has seemed absolutely perfect. It has been a dream to see how smoothly almost everything works, right out of the box.
