Congratulations on the 10th anniversary. A major accomplishment for YaBB

Upgrading to 2.5 for bug fixes is a huge benefit though. Plus it makes the transition to 2.6 easier with less of a jump between versions.

Nice job and congrats! I thought that YaBB stopped XD

I used the "2.5 upgrade all" to upgrade from 2.4 to 2.5. I noticed after the ugprade my main board index looked nothing like the one here. When I compared the upgrade package to the full version, there were some template files that aren't in the upgrade package. For example, the new boards.gif. Using the upgrade package still gives me the 2.4 blue folders and the basic look of 2.4. Did I miss some instructions somewhere?
