Right came on to the forum and i see this

After it says "that is" how come its blank? lol i know it says "Not validated" why is it hidden? where to change that color?

(and does that msg mean he signed up but hasent validated his email then it could be a possivle fake?)

And another thing i have been "LOOKING" everywhere in the CSS template config to change the color of the top part of the forum (Where the banner is located) to another color and i cant see to find it

isit in the html file? and if so where?

oh and also how do i add more"hex" colors for other users to use as there text color? so they dont have to type it in they can just select from the palette ? is there an option or we dont have this (yet)

  Besides the color "blocks", click on the painter's "palette".

   In your default.html template look for this code.
Quote:
<div id="ImageAlert" style="visibility:hidden; position:fixed; background-color:#AAAAAA; width:200px; top:30%; left:41%">
     <div id="ImageAlertText" style="background-color:#EEEEEE; text-align:center; padding: 3px; margin:1px;"> </div>
     <div id="ImageAlertPic" style="background-color:#FFFFFF; text-align:center; margin:1px;"> </div>
</div>

  If the "width" is not correct (wide enough to display the complete text) it hides or cuts off what is outside (beyond) the width allowed.

well its 200 by default and i made it 500 as a test i dont see any text at all...

so im guessing this is "Color" related not "Width" related

right??

***EDIT**

i can see the text just about but its white... how to change its color ?

well a little farther down in the default.html is:
Code
Select All
<table class="windowbg2" width="100%" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="0" border="0">
  <tr>
    <td align="left" valign="top" width="1%" height="40">&nbsp;</td>
    <td align="left" valign="middle" height="40">{yabb uname}<br />{yabb im}{yabb admin_alert}</td>
    <td align="center" valign="middle" width="460" height="100" rowspan="2"><a href="http://www.yabbforum.com"><img src="{yabb images}/yabblogo.png" alt="YaBB - Yet another Bulletin Board" title="YaBB - Yet another Bulletin Board" border="0" /></a></td>
  </tr>

  Which actually places the "yabb admin_alert" tag ... does yours match highlighted ?

In Y2.1 template, try this:
Code
Select All
        <div id="yabbclock" style="font-weight: bold; padding-left: 20px; padding-top: 10px; font-size: 12px font color=#800517;"><yabb time><yabb admin_alert></div>

or you could add to CSS

Code
Select All
#yabbclock {
  font-size: 8pt;
  font-weight: normal;
  font-style: normal;
  text-decoration: none;
  font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, Sans-Serif;
  color: #800517;
}

Of course, what ever CSS is tied to your html template, use CSS example above for the yabbclock

If your adding the yabbclock div to CSS,
Code
Select All
<div id="yabbclock" style="font-weight: bold; padding-left: 20px; padding-top: 10px; font-size: 12px font color=#800517;"><yabb time><yabb admin_alert></div>

  remove highlighted and add those attributes to the CSS div

Code
Select All
#yabbclock {
  font-size: 10pt;
  font-weight: bold;
  font-style: normal;
  text-decoration: none;
  font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, Sans-Serif;
  color: #800517;
  padding-left= 20px;
  padding-top= 10px;
}
