Any Gotcha's in jump from YaBB 2.2 to 2.5

Currently running Yabb 2.2 and plan to do a fresh install with 2.5 and then just move the data (Boards, Members, Messages, etc...) over. Have some slight code modifications for banner integration, .css file modifications, etc... that I will have to hand perform afterward.

Was wondering is there anything I should be aware like having to run a convert for the any of the Boards, Messages, Members, etc.... or is my approach going to be relatively clean.
