I'm stuck!  Grin

I need the variable for the yabbfiles/Buttons/English path

This is what I've got to get me to the default - But I'm beat if I can work out the variable for the "English" folder path?

Code (Perl)
Select All
<a href="$yyhtml_root/smilie_icons/Smilie_Index.php" target="_blank"><img src="$imagesdir/smilie_extra.gif" alt="$post_smiltxt{'1'}" title="$post_smiltxt{'1'}" border="0" /></a>

The pic is what I'm trying to do - - - - - - -  Tongue

Hi,

I think this is what you're after:

Code
Select All
$yyhtml_root/Buttons/$language/

@ Derek - Thanks mate - Just what I needed to keep things compliant  Wink

@ CJ - Neither do I code in perl  Tongue

I just wanted the button in the right place to call an add-on that's written in pseudo php and uses a config file so that it's language compliant and to reduce file sizes. I really could have added it to the menu bar to make things easier.

All will be revealed - - - - - - - - -  Grin Grin

I may even get to learn how to make a single YaBB page and use a mode/action array to call the templates etc - - But I doubt it, because it wouldn't serve any purpose here, other than to bring it inside YaBB. Wink

All php and html - Just for fun ->  Roll Eyes

Wow ... a lot of work .... Very cute !   I see you lost the Tab Select on the menu though.  No matter what tab you click on, Home remains selected.

Yep, I haven't looked at the tabs yet but I suspect that I am going to have to use php SERVER LOCATION to id the templates and switch some .css - Other than that I may just make and fudge some additional header files and call each one separately.

At the moment all templates call the same overall_header and overall_footer. And I'm not sure yet which is the best way to go to keep it compliant with theme changes (Which it already is). Wink

Maybe just give the templates some ID and use the css to handle it....

But not today!  Grin

Update:

I lied!

Tab Menu fixed with SERVER SCRIPT NAME - and a couple of other things. Wink
