I'm running 2.4 and a GMod has discovered that the 'Ban' facility in members profiles doesnt work for him.
I tested with my Admin account & with my own GMod account, sure enough it doesn't work as GMod but does with the Admin account.
(Both accounts show the links as attachment).
Can anyone shed any light on a possible cause?

Tony

Strange ... As GMOD I have never had a problem Banning, either here in Y2.5 or in past versions.  (I still have a Y2.4 test forum and have no problems there either).
Banning files are stored in the yabb2/Variables folder.  But if as admin you are able to ban, GMOD should also.
Verify permissions in Admin Center > Global Moderator Access.

Many thanks CJ,
I had 'ipban' checked on Global Mod Access screen, but not ' Allow Global Moderators Access to the Admin Center'

Must have removed it whilst having a 'Senior moment' Embarrassed
