@ RonS2

Whats your Welcome account name in Private Message Tab in Forum Settings? Should be admin. Wink

Send to new user from following account name: admin
"Must be a valid User ID", eg: admin

PM me for YaBB Installation Service

I'm using my account, which is a valid username.

My registration date is after the forum's start date.

And after my name it shows Ex-member

This is the error message they get.

Quote:
The following user(s) could not be messaged.
The username(s) is/are either invalid, or they have you on their ignore list:

I do not have anyone in my ignore list.

I found that in the PM it shows that I am an ex-member.

What account are you sending the PM from ?  A valid username: admin ?

Verify that your registration date/time is "after" the forum's start date/time.
Are the responding members getting any specific error ?

For some reason new members who receive a welcome PM from me have problems responding.

After some research I found that in the PM it shows that I am an ex-member.

This only happens in a new member's PM, I can send PMs to other members without problems.
