Re: Messed up installation not sure how!
Yep  "Paths"  .... your Path Settings are not correct to the html (yabbfiles) folders.
You must use Absolute DIRs and your URLs must start with http://

In the Admin Center > Path Settings

directly below this:
Absolute Path to your main YaBB directory (containing YaBB.pl)
This information may be useful for troubleshooting purposes

is displayed the Absolute Path to your forum (where YaBB.pl is located, NOT your html folders)

Re: Messed up installation not sure how!
Sorry Shocked What I meant was is it possible to set forum so that replies to a post are underneath the opening post when viewed instead as in this topic for example the replies are above the actual topic starter.

mmm Still don't understand, this reply and the past replies have all been displayed "under" the first post, when viewed within the thread.  If you scroll Up ... there is the first post at the top, scroll down, the replies are in order of being posted.

Re: Messed up installation not sure how!
Did you happen to change the order of viewing in your profile ?  (under options)

Do you want to reverse the displayed order of posts in the topic?
If checked, posts are displayed from most recent post first to oldest post last. If unchecked, the oldest post displays first, newest post displayed last.

OR within the thread ...
Note: You can change this option by clicking on the name of the topic on the topic page.

Re: Messed up installation not sure how!
Aw thx for posting anyway.  Had really bad day 1.40am now in uk and really grateful just to have board up and running.  Not looking forward to copying messages, all 500 but never mind.

Just a bit stymied with the following
When trying to access stylesheet or template get the following:  "UNABLE TO OPEN"

But will continue fight tomorrow.  Thx for your help AGAIN Roll Eyes
