Supplied Templates
I see this site is now classed as Y3, so presumably next release will be as well.

My query, will it come with a choice of templates - thinking specifically of the thread templates having an option to have poster details on the left, rather than above each post?

With many people now using netbooks, or even mobiles in landscape, the vertical screen estate is becoming more precious than the width.  Certainly on my netbook, vertical res is a fairly average 600, but I seem to have to excessively scroll, yet have wasted horizontal space.

Is the SVN out of date (or have I got it from wrong place Tongue), as that option is missing on my test rig (downloaded about 2hrs ago)?

Re: Supplied Templates
Not out of Date. In your case is it in Forum Settings - General. Wink I will update next days to SVN. Then you will find it in Forum Settings - Posting Setting Page.

Re: Supplied Templates
Just got rev 266 - I see the login has been fixed as well Smiley

Only now, is the setting to put the Events button on the Menu bar just under the logo broken? Or have a made a mistake (for testing, I have taken a copy of my existing site, and copied most of the new files over the top)?

Re: Supplied Templates
What you think about Variables/Settings.pl?

Code Select All
########## Advanced Tabs ##########

@AdvancedTabs = ("home","help","search","ml","eventcal","birthdaylist","admin","revalidatesession","login","register","guestpm","mycenter","logout"); # Advanced Tabs order and infos

Re: Supplied Templates
That resolved it. I had used my old (2.5AE) Settings.pl, as it had all the settings in.  Thanks Cheesy

Should the software update the file (specifically that part - it appears to have upgraded the rest to Y3) if its out of date, or will that be a manual adjustment when upgrading older forums?
