We use YaBB as a meeting place for our physio team, spread over two clinics. It's a great tool, which I have set up through CPanel on our website and I would like to know if it is possible to make that a closed forum, i.e. one that only members can read.
Do I need to download a different version of YaBB? Is there a step I missed in setting up the forum from CCPanel?
I would very much appreciate help on this issue.

Hi,

To disable all guest access, go to the forum Admin Center => Forum Settings and under the Members tab check 'Disable all Guest access?'.

You need to be logged in to your forum as the Administrator, and then you should see an 'Admin' tab in the top menu.

Hmmm. The Administrator for the forum is YaBB Administrator. I installed YaBB through cPanel, and going back into cPanel, I can't see anything about YaBB.

Should I be able to log in as the Administrator? I don't recall having set up a password as Administrator.
  Huh

Yep, you need to log into your forum as YaBB Administrator. If you haven't set the password then it should be the default which is:

User: admin
Pass: admin
