Thank you so much.  I guess I didn't know what to search because I didn't find it.  I now have it set up the way I want it.

I forgot to mention that under Forum Controls/Boards I have Show to All Checked as well on all but the Admin boards.

Closed Board versus Open Board

I have been looking for about a week now and cannot find a setting I need.  It should be a simple thing but I guess I'm looking at it with tunnel vision.

I'm using version 2.5 and I want to have it operate much like this board.  When a guest arrives they cannot see any topics, threads or anything except the login screen.  Unlike this board where guest can preview messaged before loggin in.  I would very much like to have my guest be able to view the board before they log in.

Can you tell me where that setting is?  Maybe it is more than one setting and I have them bucking each other.

Under Forum Configuration/Forum settings/Members/Guests
I have:

Disable all Guest access?  Un-checked
Enable Guest Posting?      Checked
Enable Guest language selection?    Checked
Prevent Guest from seeing media files or having clickable   auto-linked urls in messages?    Checked

I have been fighting this since I set up the board and cannot get it to show post to Guest.  Am I looking in the wrong area?

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Bill
