I did everything suggested above.  It went in the opposite direction that I was hoping, but it does look better at least.

Any suggestions as to how to move from square to corners?

I'll give all of this a whirl when I get home in a couple of hours.

Thanks for all of your help, Derek!

Okay, then try something like this - you'll probably want to tweak it a little.

In Display.template find:

Code (HTML)
Select All
<div class="displaycontainer">
<table cellpadding="4" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
<tr>
    <td class="catbg" valign="middle" align="left">
    <div style="float: left; text-align: left;">
        {yabb pageindex top}
    </div>
    <div style="float: right; text-align: right;">
        {yabb threadhandellist}
    </div>
    </td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>

And replace with:

Code (HTML)
Select All
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
<tr>
    <td class="titlecorner" width="1%" height="25" valign="middle">&nbsp;</td>
    <td class="tabtitle" valign="middle" align="left">
    <div style="float: left; text-align: left;">
        {yabb pageindex top}
    </div>
    <div style="float: right; text-align: right;">
        {yabb threadhandellist}
    </div>
    </td>
    <td class="titlecorner2" width="1%" height="25" valign="middle">&nbsp;</td>
</tr>
</table>

Then find:

Code (HTML)
Select All
<table cellpadding="4" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" class="bordercolor" align="center" style="table-layout: fixed;">
<tr>
    <td align="left" class="catbg" valign="top" width="100%">
            <span class="small" style="float: left; width: 3%; text-align: center; padding: 2px;">{yabb msgimg}</span>
        <span class="small" style="float: left; width: 46%; vertical-align: middle; padding-top: 4px;">
            <span><b>{yabb replycount}</b>{yabb msgdate}</span>
        </span>
    </td>
</tr>
</table>

And replace with:

Code (HTML)
Select All
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" class="bordercolor" align="center" style="table-layout: fixed;">
<tr>
    <td class="titlecorner" width="1%" height="25" valign="middle">&nbsp;</td>
    <td align="left" class="tabtitle" valign="top" width="100%">
            <span class="small" style="float: left; width: 3%; text-align: center; padding: 2px;">{yabb msgimg}</span>
        <span class="small" style="float: left; width: 46%; vertical-align: middle; padding-top: 4px;">
            <span><b>{yabb replycount}</b>{yabb msgdate}</span>
        </span>
    </td>
    <td class="titlecorner2" width="1%" height="25" valign="middle">&nbsp;</td>
</tr>
</table>

I think you'll still need to remove those border-radius declarations though.

I'm trying to get rid of the squared corners.  Sort of like how in this thread, the top of each post has rounded corners instead of squared ones.

Hi,

I don't know what the CSS is actually supposed to be doing there because the background colour is the same as the container background colour, so it doesn't actually do anything.

Are you trying to add rounded corners or eliminate them?

If you want to keep them, then you will need to increase the padding and change the background colour in this bit of the CSS file:

Code (CSS)
Select All
.displaycontainer {
        width: 100%;
        padding: 1px;
        background-color: #cccccc;
        -webkit-border-radius: 10px;
        -khtml-border-radius: 10px;
        -moz-border-radius: 10px;
        -border-radius: 10px;
}

Note that the border-radius property won't work in Internet Explorer lower than version 9.

If you want to remove them all together then just remove the border-radius properties from the above code.

Rounded corners on posts

Hi Folks!

Just had to switch webhosts and figured I'd update to 2.5 AE.  I'm almost done setting things up but I still have a couple of issues with rounded corners.  I've resolved some of them but can't seem to get them all quite yet.

Right now, the ones that are stumping me are the corners for posts.  Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

It sure looks like those post corners should be rounded, but I can't seem to figure out what I need to do to fix it.  I've done similar fixes for the titlecorners.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Chad
