A lot of these web hosting companies get sold on to others and a merge of operating procedures and tech support centres causes issues for the users. Undecided

no ftp dont login with the user name and password i have in the email from you also tryed the Customer Login on there site and same as the ftp no login do you need me to pm the user info to you to check?

so i cant set the CHMOD for it to 755 to sort this so with out access to ftp or 1&1 cpanel it's stuck as is just now  Sad.

they were good but i think they were taking over as all of the 1&1 servers where in uk data centers but they have all moved over to germany now  Roll Eyes
