no ftp dont login with the user name and password i have in the email from you also tryed the Customer Login on there site and same as the ftp no login do you need me to pm the user info to you to check?

so i cant set the CHMOD for it to 755 to sort this so with out access to ftp or 1&1 cpanel it's stuck as is just now  Sad.

Thanks xnoddx,

It's up to Steve to wave his cheque book at 1&1 then.

If they still maintain they have not changed the log-in details, I'm sure they can set new ones and let us know.

Hi Steve

That's you all fixed it was the CHMOD 1&1 had set AdminIndex.pl to 200 its now back to 755 and hope 1&1 dont crappity smack it up this time for you Wink

1&1 where good but the past 3 - 4 years not so good i think someone has taken them over now also all their data centers where in the uk but most of them are now in germany.

A lot of these web hosting companies get sold on to others and a merge of operating procedures and tech support centres causes issues for the users. Undecided
