My old account here at yabbforum
So, I tried twice to activate it back, with  new password links given to me via email (stupid me forgetting passwords all the time), but, the links given wouldn't take Not even sure this is the right forum, but I found no other fitting place, or for that matter, any earlier topics covering this after a few searches...

I got either "no access" or "Invalid id", I think, from those two times I tried to reactivate from the email links...

my old account is malmklang...

Re: My old account here at yabbforum
It appears that account is damaged in some fashion. I attempted to fix it, but to no success. I was not able to login with a new password I manually created.  I think I know the reason, but I risk breaking things on the Forum. I suspect the original account was created when YaBB itself allowed things in userID's that are now 'no-no's

Sorry.  How long has it been since you used the account?

Cool

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

I'd rather not say  Embarrassed
Been way too long Tongue Three years at least.... It's a shame, but things happened personally, and yeah, life, shifty thing. It's no biggie though, except for the fun of reading my old posts. Nothing vital will be, or is, lost. Don't attempt anything that could mess things up. You had a look, that's what counts Smiley

Re: My old account here at yabbforum
I'm back!!!! Almost anyways. I have this weird number trailing my handle, and this numbers seems to follow me around, can't lose it!!! Tongue

Now, I'm sure there is a rule that says "do not post two or more replies back to back, use the edit button, stupid", but, in my defense, JonB had to remove one of his posts on account of it having too many references to coffee and tea!!

Anyways, I thanked him for his help in private, but in case somebody didn't know if he was a helpful dude or not, I want to inform; he is Smiley

Great to have you back.  If it's been that long, chances are, as he pointed out, your username was invalidated due to characters not allowed.  The number is due to not allowing duplicate names I am sure.
