2.5.2 Setup.pl shows rubbish text

New 2.5.2 Setup - Uploaded in ASCII, Chmod everything  to 755 ( just to be sure ) and started setup.pl
shows paths and all - after i click -> "Save setings"
i get similar picture:

basically deleted and re uploaded ~6x and tested diferent folders, chmod's etc. - result is same  Embarrassed

ps. yabb2.4 works in different folder just fine.

Whelll .... the fun thing is that setup actually works ... i just discovered
I did not know that because i did not visit YaBB.pl after the rubbish - and started to shovel around Roll Eyes

What it's showing is the garbage I see when a graphic is uploaded as ACSII.

But without seeing the actual page (not a picture), and the source code of the page that's acting up, it's impossible to say.

But my bet is on a graphic being messed up.

did not matter ascii or binary ( tryed both )
still i got the garbage ( but forum works none the less and images are all present )

hi i see your website cgreen is Powered By Google Sites sorry as far as i know at this time google won't let you install programs but what you can do is embed throw a iframe hope this is of help to you.

Google Sites is a major pain in the rear end. I avoid them like the plague!

When you upload your files: .txt, .cgi, .pl, .js and (most) files with no extensions (usually in the CGI folder), gets sent in as Ascii. .gif, .jpg, .png, and others (usually in the Documents folder) are sent in as Binary. There are a few exceptions to look before you upload.
