Those marks are UTF-8 artifacts (aka WTF diamonds). I'm betting the people inputting the info are using a Win char encoding.

I make no guarantees but in Register.pl find all the '<form' tags and add
Code
Select All
accept-charset="UTF-8"

inside the tag.

This (in theory) should force the form to render the inputted text as UTF-8.

If you only have one solution to a problem you're not trying hard enough!

I have all files in the same encoding and there are no problems with characters in my forum. But when a visitor goes to registration page and types required information, the script shows unreadable letters. How can I fix it?
