Hi everybody,
The Hypospadias Forum site recently updated their forum page, and I lost my password and can't retrieve it, despite typing in my email address for it to be sent to.

Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you create a new account there so you can inform the admins of this issue. (I didn't see a contact admin button. on the site.)  You might also want to tell them that 2.5.2 has much improved security over 2.5AE.

Hi there,
Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately there's no way to contact them, no admin contacts nor via creating a new account, basically access denied completely.
So, I'm not sure whats going with the site and I want to ask forum members about important topic in regarding hypspadias concerning my son's forthcoming operation.
I've been trying to email them via my Yahoo and it bouncing back with undelivered email. Do you think if I use my work email, which is more secure, would help?
Regards

Unfortunately there's no way to contact them ...

I followed Dandello's good advice to gain access to that forum, and as you can see in this post, the admin is now aware of what's going on.

I hope your son's operation goes well. Smiley

Morning, noon, or night, have a great one!

I've just just started registration for that site and will see how it goes - If you tried to re-register using your old email address it would naturally fail. My personal suggestion is to use your work email or create an email account through one of the free services (Also, Google comes up with several different forums so you might want to check one of those out as well.)

Edited:
As of 30 seconds ago I got the confirmation email from them. Now to see if their password sections works

Edited:
Since BillM got through it would appear that the password send is working properly over there. Thanks, Bill, for picking up on this one.

I had forgotten about that. Smiley

Be careful about using their Preview (use their Live Preview instead). Otherwise, your account may get banned for 1 hour.

It happened to me after previewing my post a 2nd time, but it's all good now. Cheesy
